At OhMyHerb, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Returns and Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at ohmyherb.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
